Bmi-1和MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and significance of Bmin-1 in gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨原癌基因蛋白-1(Bmi-1)和金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在胃癌组织中蛋白表达情况及其临床病理意义。方法采用微波Eli VisionTM免疫组织化学法检测56例胃癌组织(实验组)中Bmi-1和MMP-9的表达情况,并与40例正常胃组织(对照组)进行比较。结果 Bmi-1蛋白和MMP-9蛋白阳性信号分别定位于细胞核和细胞浆;Bmi-1在实验组和对照组中表达分别为76.79%(43/56)和27.50%(11/40);MMP-9在实验组和对照组中表达情况分别为83.93%(47/56)和35.00%(14/40),Bmi-1和MMP-9在组间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者在实验组中的表达均与肿瘤的分化程度、c TNM和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。两者在实验组中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Bmi-1蛋白和MMP-9蛋白在胃癌呈高表达,且与胃癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起到一定的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 were detected in tissues of 56 gastric carcinoma(CA) cases and the tissue of40 normal gastric mucosa(NUM) of cases by immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results The positive expressions of Bmi-1and MMP-9 were located in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The positive rates of Bmi- 1 in CA and NUM were 76.79%(43/56)and 27.50%(11/40).The positive rates of MMP- 9 l in CA cases and NUM cases were 83.93%(47/56)and 35.00%(14/40).The positive expression rates of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 were significantly correlated with differentiated degree of tumor, c TNMstage and lymph node metastasis, the expressions of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 were positively related with each other. Conclusions Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein were highly expreesed in gastric carcinoma cases, and the expression was associated with gastriccarcinoma occurrence, development and metastasis.
