迁安市2009～2013年艾滋病自愿咨询检测状况分析

Results of HIV voluntary counseling and testing in Qian'an city during 2009-2013

目的了解迁安市艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）工作开展情况,为更有针对性地开展艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集2009~2013年在迁安市3所自愿咨询检测门诊接受VCT服务的人群资料并进行分析。结果 2009~2013年共有5 317人接受咨询检测服务,主要由疾病预防控制中心完成,占94.88%。求询者男女比例0.92：1,以已婚的人数居多,占47.49%,文化程度以初中文化为主,占61.12%;年龄分布以21~50岁为主,占97.57%,求询的主要原因为非商业非固定异性性行为史,占46.36%;求询者来源以主动求询为主,占60.13%;HIV抗体阳性检出率为0.09%。结论艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊量呈增长趋势,男男性行为史者的阳性检出率最高,应根据分析特点进一步加强重点人群艾滋病防治工作。

Objective To understand the results of HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）in Qian’an City, in orderto provide a scientific basis for working out control measure. Methods Data of HIV VCT clients from three VCT clinics inQian’an City during 2009-2013 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results From 2009 to 2013,totally 5 317 personsreceived HIV VCT services and 94.88% of them were conselled and tested by Qian’an Municipal Center for Disease Controland Prevention. The ratio of male clients to female clients was 0.92：1; Most of the VCT clients were married（47.49%）, with theeducation background of junior high school（61.12%）A majority of them distributed among the age group of 21-50 years,accounting for 97.57%. Non- commercial and non- fixed heterosexual behavior history was the main cause of inquiries,accounting for 46.36%; 60.13% of VCT clients received the services actively.The total positive rate of antibody to HIV was0.09%. Conclusion The number of outpstients for HIV VCT increased year by year and positive rate of the antibody to HIVwas highest among MSM. Thus prevention and control measure against AIDS should be strengthened among high-risk group.
