以带状疱疹为主要症状就诊的感染者例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 5 HIV-infected patients with herpes zoster as major symptom

目的探讨以带状疱疹为主要症状就诊的HIV感染患者的临床特点。方法回顾性分析2001年10月~2014年5月收治的5例以带状疱疹为主要症状就诊的HIV感染患者的临床资料。结果 5例患者病程进展快,皮损范围较广泛。3例出现发热,3例出现血疱,2例出现脓疱,1例出现皮肤坏死。经治疗后5例患者疱疹干燥结痂,溃疡均愈合,后遗神经痛时间较长,1例后遗神经痛时间达3个月,2例后遗神经痛时间达2个月,2例神经痛时间在1个月内。结论对高危（不洁性接触、吸毒、同性恋）带状疱疹者,要排查HIV感染。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of HIV-infected patients with herpes zoster as the majorsymptom.Methods The clinical data of five HIV- infected patients with herpes zoster as major symptom in GuangzhouMilitary Regions General Hospitalfrom October 2001 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Fever, wide skinlesions and rapid progress of inllness were observed in three of the 5 HIV- infected patients with herpes zoster as majorsymptom, hemophysallis occurred to 3 cases,, pustule was noticed in 2 cases, skin necrosis with relatively longer post-herpeticneuralgia occurred to a case, scab was formed and ulcer was healed in 5 cases after treatment. Another case had duration ofpost-herpetic neuralgia for 3 months, the duration of post-herpetic neuralgia 2 cases lasted 2 months and a duration of a monthwas noticed in other 2 cases. Conclusion HIV test be conducted among high-risk patients（feculent sexual contact, drugabuse, homosexuality） with herpes zoster.
