摘要
氯化氢合成炉是"合成法"制取氯化氢的核心设备。作为实现化工工艺过程的化工设备,设计中必须遵循化工反应机理。通过合理的结构设计对化工反应的每一个细节和过程做到安全、合理、有效的控制。本文介绍了氯化氢合成的反应机理;通过微观的反应机理分析,与宏观的设备结构设计相结合,实现工艺过程的有效控制。使氯化氢合成炉的设计工作能够有的放矢、科学合理。
