一体化的白光数码管封装技术 被引量:2

White light digital tube packaging technology of the integration

摘要 针对低色温白光数码管发光效率低的情况,提出了一体化的封装工艺。主体结构包括一体化技术的发光室和斜腔结构的反射盖。为验证用新工艺制备的白光数码管的光电性能,利用实验设备测试和分析了自制的两种不同工艺封装的白光数码管显色指数、发光效率以及色坐标等性能指标。实验结果表明,新工艺制备的白光数码管平均显色指数比传统点胶工艺高1.53%、平均发光效率高191%,从色坐标集中度看,新工艺制备的白光数码管出光均匀性比点胶工艺好。 In view of the situation of low luminous efficiency on low color temperature of white light digital tube, the integration of the packaging technology is put forward. The major structure is including the light emitting chamber of integration technology and the reflection of inclined cavity structure. To verify the photoelectric properties after using new process preparation of white light digital tube, the experimental instrument is adopted to test and analysis the CRI and lu- minous efficacy and chromaticity coordinate from two different process packaging of white light digital tube. The experi- mental results show that the new one is 1.53% higher than traditional dispensing technology in CRI, and 191% higher than traditional ones in luminous efficiency by average. From the concentration of color coordinates, the new process technology of white light digital tube is better than dispensing process on the light uniformity as well.
