新疆地区维吾尔族和汉族晚期非小细胞肺癌患者三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体C2基因多态性差异研究 被引量:1

Differences of Genetic Polymorphisms of Gene ABCC2 between Uygur and Han Patients with Advanced Non- small Cell Lung Cancer in Xinjiang

摘要 目的探讨新疆地区维吾尔族和汉族晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体C2(ABCC2)基因多态性差异。方法选择2013年3月—2014年8月就诊于新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院肺内一科的晚期NSCLC患者226例,其中维吾尔族110例(A组),汉族116例(B组),采用限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链式反应检测ABCC2基因rs717620、rs2273697、rs3740066位点多态性。结果两组患者ABCC2基因rs717620位点基因型及等位基因分布频率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组患者ABCC2基因rs2273697、rs3740066位点基因型及等位基因分布频率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组腺癌患者ABCC2基因rs717620位点基因型和等位基因分布频率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组鳞癌患者ABCC2基因rs717620位点基因型和等位基因分布频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组ⅢB、Ⅳ期患者ABCC2基因rs717620位点基因型和等位基因分布频率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族晚期NSCLC患者ABCC2基因rs2273697、rs3740066位点多态性无明显差异,而rs717620位点多态性存在差异。 Objective To investigate the differences of genetic polymorphisms of gene ABCC2 between Uygur and Han patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) in Xinjiang. Methods From March 2013 to August 2014,a total of 226 patients with advanced NSCLC were selected in the First Department of Respiratory Medicine, Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University,and they were divided into groups A(Uygur nationality,n =110)and B(Han nationality,n=116) according to the nationalities. PCR-RFLP was used to detect the genetic polymorphisms of gene ABCC2, including rs717620,rs2273697 and rs3740066. Results There were statistically significant differences of genotypes and allelic frequencies of rs717620 between the two groups ( P 〈0. 05 ), but no statistically significant differences of genotypes or allelic frequencies of rs2273697 or rs3740066 was found between the two groups ( P 〉0. 05 ). There were statistically significant differences of genotypes and allelic frequencies of rs717620 of patients with adenocarcinoma between the two groups(P〈0. 05), but no statistically significant differences of genotypes or allelic frequencies of rs2273697 or rs3740066 of patients with squamous carcinoma was found between the two groups(P〉0. 05). There were statistically significant differences of genotypes and allelic frequencies of rs717620 of patients with ⅢB,Ⅳ stage between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Genetic polymorphisms of gene ABCC2 rs717620 is different between Uygur and Han patients with advanced NSCLC in Xinjiang,but no obvious differences is found of genetic polymorphisms of gene ABCC2 rs2273697 or rs3740066.
