通心络胶囊对老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血管内皮功能及炎性因子的影响研究

Impact of Tongxinluo Capsule on Vascular Endothelial Function and Inflammatory Cytokines in Aged Type 2 Diabetes Patients Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨通心络胶囊对老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血管内皮功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选择2012年12月—2013年12月保定市第三医院老年病科收治的老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组患者给予胰岛素、硝酸酯类药物、他汀类降脂药、氯吡格雷等常规治疗;研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服通心络胶囊,均治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗8周后血管内皮功能指标〔血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)〕和血清炎性因子〔白介素1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)〕变化。结果两组患者治疗前血清VEGF、ET-1、NO及IL-1、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组患者血清VEGF、NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血清ET-1、TNF-α及IL-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊能明显改善老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血管内皮功能,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the impact of tongxinluo capsule on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory cytokines in aged type 2 diabetes patients complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods From December 2012 to December 2013 , a total of 100 aged type 2 diabetes patients complicated with coronary heart disease were selected in the Department of Geriatrics,the Third Hospital of Baoding,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,each of 50 cases. Patients of control group were given conventional therapy,including insulin,nitrates, statins,clopidogrel and so on,while patients of study group were given tongxinluo capsule based on conventional therapy. Both groups treated for 8 weeks. Serum levels of VEGF,ET -1,NO,IL -1,TNF -α were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results No statistically significant differences of serum levels of VEGF,ET-1,NO,IL-1,TNF-α was found between the two groups before treatment（P〉0. 05）;after treatment,serum levels of VEGF,NO of study group were higher than those of control group,while serum levels of ET-1,IL-1,TNF-α of study group were lower than those of control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can improve the vascular endothelial function and reduce the inflammatory cytokines levels in aged type 2 diabetes patients complicated with coronary heart disease.
