摘要
采用水热法制备尖晶石型镍铁氧体,研究了反应温度、反应时间对产品的影响,在p H=9,230℃,4 h时制得的Ni Fe2O4的晶形最好,XRD衍射峰最强,形貌最佳和比饱和磁化强度最大。
Nickel ferrite spinel was prepared by hydrothermal method. Effects of reaction temperature and time on the product were studied. The results show that optimized conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 230 ℃, time 4 h, p H = 9; crystal shape of nickel ferrite spinel prepared under above conditions is the best, XRD peaks are the strongest, saturated magnetization is the largest, and the morphology is the best.
