异喹啉作为一种非常重要的杂环化合物,由于具有一定的药理活性和生物活性,受到医药和化工研究者的关注。本文将重点介绍在过渡金属催化下用含碳碳三键结构的化合物合成异喹啉的方法。
Isoquinoline as a kind of very important heterocyclic compound is widely focused by pharmaceutical and chemical researchers because of its pharmacological activity and certain biological activity. In this paper, transition metal-catalyzed synthesis of isoquinoline compounds from compounds with carbon-carbon triple bond was introduced.
