探析基于互联网、云计算技术等构建一个人力资源外包联盟服务平台,为人力资源外包服务机构及其客户提供更加灵活、易于管理的人力资源服务运营信息化管理解决方案,本文的服务平台是采用分层的技术架构。系统平台层由外部数据交换、数据存储、标准的J2EE组件构成;应用平台层,包括工作流引擎、组织权限框架、基础数据访问组件等。
