渤海地区疏松砂岩岩样制备方法 被引量:7

Research and Testing of Three Preparation Methods of Uncons-olidated Sandstone Rock Sample

摘要 渤海地区的秦皇岛32-6油田和绥中36-1油田为疏松砂岩油藏,疏松砂岩胶结方式多样、胶结程度差、结构疏松、强度小,现场取出的岩样松散、不易成形,洗油后一般为散砂,无法进行岩样流动实验,给疏松砂岩室内流动实验带来很大困难。提出了采用露头岩石制取、人工压制、液压机压制三种方法获得疏松砂岩岩样,并从岩样矿物成分、岩样渗透率、岩石力学性质、胶结程度等四个方面对三种方法获取的疏松砂岩岩样进行测试,与天然储层岩样进行对比,比较三种方法制作岩样的效果和难易程度。研究表明,三种方法制取的疏松砂岩岩样在矿物成分和力学性质等参数上与天然岩样相吻合,在渗透率和砂岩胶结程度上都较好地覆盖了目标区块岩样的渗透率范围和现有的胶结方式。三种方法制备的岩样可代替天然疏松砂岩岩样进行相关实验。提出的三种方法对以后类似研究具有一定的借鉴意义。 Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield and Suizhong 36-1 oilfield in Bohai area are loose sandstone reservoir. Unconsolidated sandstone has the characteristics of various types and poor cementation, loose structure and low-intensity. Field samples are loose, uneasy to shape and become loose sand after washing oil which leads to the result that the rock samples flow experiments cannot be conducted. This as aused great ifficuhies to he reservoir hysical property and liquidity esting of nconsolidat-ed sandstone. Three methods are presented--through manufacturing outcropping rock, artificial compression, hydraulic compression to get loose sandstone samples, tests unconsolidated sandstone samples obtained from the three methods from the following four aspects--mineral composition, rocklike permeability, mechanical properties of rocks, degree of cementation and compares them with the natural reservoir rock samples, compares the effect and complexity of the three methods to make and select samples. Three methods are presented--through drilling rock outcrops, artificial compression, hydraulic compression to get loose sandstone sampies, tests unconsolidated sandstone samples obtained from drill rock outcrops, artificial compression, hydraulically compression from the following four aspects--mineral composition, permeability of rock samples, properties of rock mechanics, degree of cementation and compares them with the natural reservoir rock samples, compares the effect and complexity of the three methods to make rock samples. Studies have shown that unconsolidated sandstone rock samples manufactured by the three methods coincide with the natural rock samples on the parameters such as the mineral composition and mechanical properties and well cover permeability range and existing cementation types of object region on permeability and cementation type of sandstone. Rock samples manufactured by three methods can replace natural loose sandstone samples used for experiments. The three methods presented have some referenced significance for future analogous research.
