摘要
以某桥式起重机的吊钩横梁为研究对象,通过有限元分析确定其疲劳危险部位及危险部位应力与起升载荷的关系;并通过应力测试验证有限元分析结果的正确性。提出起升载荷监测与应力计算相结合的新方法,获取吊钩横梁疲劳危险部位的全程应力谱;并采用名义应力法预测吊钩横梁的疲劳剩余寿命。
A hook crossbeam of bridge crane as the research object was taben. Through the finite element analysis, the dangerous position of hook crossbeam was found, and the relationship between the stress of dangerous position and the hoisting load was obtained. Through the stress test, the correctness of the finite element analysis was verified. The stress spectrum of dangerous position was obtained by monitoring the hoisting load and calculating the stress. Using the nominal stress method, the residual fatigue life of the hook crossbeam was predicted.
