摘要
铁路轨道检查仪检定台采用直接测量法的测量结果作为检定台的实际超高,由此简单地把直接测量法的测量不确定度作为检定台实际超高的测量不确定度是不准确的。首次将检定台的机械装配误差作为不确定度分量引入实际超高的测量不确定度的评定中,计算结果表明:综合考虑机械装配误差后,实际超高的扩展不确定度为0.073 mm,而考虑前仅为0.007mm。指出机械误差的重要影响,对检定台其他方面的测量不确定度评定具有一定的借鉴意义。
The calibrater for track inspection instrument adopts the measurement result by direct measurement method as actual super elevation of calibrater for track inspection instrument. It is inaccurate to take the measurement uncertainty of direct measurement method as the uncertainty of actual super elevation. It is the first to take assembly error of the calibrater into consideration for the uncertainty evaluation of the actual super elevation. Calculation shows that the uncertainty of actual super elevation by traditional is only 0. 007 ram, but after taking the mechanical error into consideration, it can reach 0. 073 mm. The result indicates that the mechanical error take great influence and this provide reference for the uncertainty evaluation of the calibrater in other aspects.
