407名高职实习护生人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素调查分析

The investigation and analysis of humanistic care ability and its influencing factors in 407 vocational nursing students

目的:了解高职实习护生的人文关怀能力现状并探讨其影响因素,旨在促进高职实习护生整体人文关怀水平的提高。方法 :采用人文关怀能力调查问卷对福建省某职业院校2012级407名实习护生进行抽样调查。结果 :高职实习护生人文关怀能力总分为(125.39±16.30)分,处于中等水平;人文关怀能力得分的主要影响因素为性别、现居住地、专业方向、与同伴的关系及对护理专业的态度。结论:高职实习护生的人文关怀水平尚待提高,在教学过程中要因材施教,注重选择合适的教学策略,特别是针对专业态度不稳定及人际关系较差的护生,更要积极引导其进行人文社会科学知识的学习与实践锻炼。

Objective：To understand the stutus of humanistic care ability among vocational nursing students and to discuss its inlfuencing factors, for the purpose of exploring ways to improve overall human care abilities. Methods：Totally 407 nursing students with 2012 enrollment from a vocational nursing school in Fujian were sampling in the survey. The survey used“humanistic care ability questionnaire” Results：The humanistic care ability of vocational nursing students was in the middle level with the average score of 125.39±16.30;The scores were highly inlfuenced by gender, residence, specialty, relationship withpeers and the attitude toward nursing. Conclusion：The ability to provide humanistic care among vocational nursing students needs to be improved. Nursing education should be person-oriented and strategic. Nursing educators need to pay more attention on students with poor attitude and interpersonal skills when it comes to humanistic care ability learning and practice.
