摘要
本文介绍了护士职业认同的概念和研究现状,以及其在临床护理中的作用;回顾和总结了国内外护理人员职业认同的评估方法、影响因素以及最新的干预研究进展,以期为我国临床护理人员职业认同相关研究提供参考。
In this review, we have thoroughly described the concept of nursing identity, professional identity levels of nurses worldwide and its importance in clinical nursing. Moreover, there has been a detailed review and summary of measurement tools, inlfuential factors and latest strategies on professional identity development, which might provide the theoretical basis for the Chinese nursing identity studies.
