动态血糖监测在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用与管理探讨

Discussion on the Application and Management in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Dynamic Blood Sugar Monitoring

目的分析动态血糖监测在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用与管理。方法收集该院2010年8月—2013年8月期间应用动态血糖监测的老年2型糖尿病患者468例作为研究对象,采用回顾性的方式分析患者的临床资料。结果研究结果显示,该组468例患者均顺利完成监测,监测过程中未出现明显不适,未对患者的日常活动造成影响,未出现感染、过敏等不良反应发生;监测结果显示,有233例患者发生低血糖,共计315例次,发生时间最长持续5 h,发作时间主要为晚上10点至第二天凌晨6点。结论动态血糖监测能较好的监测老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖变化情况,在应用过程中需加强管理,以提高患者的耐受性。

Objective To analyze the application and management of dynamic monitoring of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes in the elderly. Methods Collected in our hospital in 2010 August -2013 year in August during the application of dynamic monitoring of blood glucose in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in 468 cases as the research object, using the retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients of the way. Results The results of the study show, the group of 46g patients were successfully completed the monitoring, the monitoring process does not appear obvious discomfort, did not affect the daily activities of the patients, no occurrence of infection, allergies and other adverse reactions; monitoring results show, in 233 patients, hypoglycemia, a total of 315 cases, the longest time of occurrence for five hours, time of onset is mainly ten at night to second days at six a.m.. Conclusion Blood glucose changes of dynamic blood sugar monitoring can better monitoring in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, in the application process to strengthen management, to improve the tolerance of patients.
