血糖波动与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性研究

Study on Relationship Between Glucose Variability and Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨并分析血糖波动与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性。方法将该院于2009年9月—2013年9月所收治的76例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照多伦多临床评分系统将其划分为四个组,即轻度组、中度组、重度组以及极重度组,全部患者均利用动态血糖监测系统来实施72 h的监测,就四组平均血糖水平、血糖标准差、日平均血糖的波动幅度以及血糖波动最大幅度进行对比和分析。结果平均血糖水平、血糖标准差以及日内平均血糖的波动幅度伴随着神经病变的加剧而增加,四组所存差异显著,具有统计学意义,即P<0.05,由此可见,糖尿病周围神经病变的程度和血糖水平以及日内平均血糖的波动幅度为正相关。结论从该次研究所获结果的分析可知,血糖波动和糖尿病周围神经病变之间有关,且病变严重程度和血糖水平以及血糖波动幅度为正相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation and analysis of glucose variability and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 76 cases of patients with diabetes in our hospital from 2009 September -2013 year in September from peripheral neuropathy as the research object, according to the Toronto neuropathy score can be divided into four groups, namely, mild group, moderate group, severe group and very severe group, all the patients with blood glucose monitoring system to implement the monitoring for 72 hours, four groups of average blood glucose levels, blood glucose fluctuation standard deviation, average blood glucose and blood glucose fluctuation amplitude comparison and analysis. Results The average blood glucose level, blood glucose standard deviation and average blood glucose fluctuation with the days of the neuropathy increase, the four groups differed significantly, with statistical significance, P 〈 0.05, therefore, the mean blood glucose fluctuation degree of concrete and blood glucose level of neuropathy and days are. Conclusion From the analysis of the research results show, the relevant between glucose fluctuation and diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and the disease severity and the level of blood glucose and blood glucose fluctuation amplitude of positive correlation.
