摘要
现代煤制油煤化工行业的技术、排放特点,以及产业聚集地区的特殊生态环境,要求要高度重视节水和生态保护,该行业实现生产废水零排放是节水的重要措施。神华煤制油、煤化工示范工程的实际运行经验表明,采取适宜的工艺处理、组合生化、先进的膜分离、蒸发和结晶以及深度精制处理等组合技术,可以实现现代煤制油煤化工项目生产废水的零排放。
The technology and emission features of the modem coal to liquid (CTL) and coal to chemical (CTC) industry as well as the special ecological environment of the industrial region require the industry to highly emphasize on water saving and ecological protection. It is an important water-saving measure for modem CTL and CTC industry to accomplish zero-discharge of wastewater. The practical operation experience of Shenhua CTL and CTC demonstration projects has indicated that by proper combination of different technologies such as process extraction, bio-chemieal treatment, advanced membrane separation, evaporation and crystallization, as well as deep purification, it is feasible to accomplish zero wastewater discharge for modem CTL and CTC projects.
