高品质异戊烯产品的工业生产

Industrial production of high quality isoamylene

在生产能力为1万t/a的异戊烯装置上,通过采用改进的异构化和优化精馏工艺后,生产出2M2B质量分数超过94%且含氧化合物质量分数≤3×10-4的高品质异戊烯产品。工业运行结果表明,生产工艺稳定,异戊烯产品质量优良。高品质异戊烯产品不但可用于农药和抗氧剂的生产,而且可以满足对异戊烯质量要求荷刻的佳乐麝香香料的生产,应用领域得到拓展。

After the application of the improved isomerization and optimized distillation process on the 10 kt/a isoamylene unit, high quality isoamylene product with 2M2B greater than 94% and oxygenated compounds less than 300ppm is produced. The industrial operation results show that this process can run steadily and high quality isoamylene product can be achieved. The obtained high quality isoamylene can not only be used in the production of pesticide and antioxidant, but also meet the harsh requirements of Galoxolide production ,which makes its application fields expanded.
