由于稀油剂浓度一直采用定量补加或手动控制的方式来控制稀油剂浓度,难以保持稳定,严重影响了丝束质量。自行开发了腈纶丝含油量控制系统,系统运行良好,控制稳定,故障率低,保证了装置的平稳运行。

The difficulty in steady control of the concentration of dilute oil by quantitative complement or manual control method greatly affects the quality of the acrylic tow. A control system for oil content in acrylic tow is developed. This system with good control stability and low failure rate runs well, which ensure the smooth operation of the device.
