摘要
建立了高效毛细管电泳同时测定苯甲酸、水杨酸、乙酰水杨酸和焦性没食子酸的方法.在15 mmol/L的硼砂和十二烷基硫酸钠为缓冲溶液,运行电压为16 kV,温度为25℃,检测波长为250 nm的条件下,4种组分在10 min内得到良好分离.线性质量浓度范围分别为2.5 ~ 180、1.5 ~200、1.8 ~ 210 μg/mL和1.2~ 150 μg/mL,检测限分别为0.45、0.5、0.47 μg/mL和0.35μg/mL;并有较好的精密度、稳定性和回收率.实验证明,该法操作简便,分析快速,结果准确,重现性好,适用于苯甲酸类化合物的同时检测.
A method for simultaneous determination of flavonoid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, acetosalicylic acid and pyrogallic acid by HPCE is proposed. The buffer solution is composed of 15 mmol/L of borax and lauryl sodium sulfate. The electric tension is 16 kV. The temperature is 25℃. The detection wavelength is at 250 nm. The result shows that four components could be well separated in 10 minutes. Their linearity is found in range of 2. 5 - 180,1.5 - 200,1.8 - 210 and 1.2 - 150 μg/mL, respectively. And their corresponding detection limit is 0. 45,0. 5, 0. 47 and 0. 35μg/mL, respectively. This method is simple, rapid and reproducible, which is suitable for the determination of benzoic acid compounds.
