摘要
目前国内超高层核心筒施工常用的模板体系有自爬模和顶升钢平台系统。结合工程实例,针对超高层核心筒混凝土结构模板体系的搭设、使用、爬升等过程进行多角度探讨,对常用的自爬模和整体顶升钢平台系统在技术、安全、造价、进度等方面进行对比,总结各模板体系的优缺点,为超高层核心筒模板施工给出建议。
At present, the construction of high-rise core tube formwork system includes automatic climbing formwork and lifting steel platform. Based on engineering practice, this paper analyzed the different high-rise building core tube formwork systems by installation, using, climbing and so on. By comparing automatic climbing formwork with lifting steel platform in technology, safety, cost, schedule, this paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of each formwork system. This paper gave some useful advice in selecting formwork system of super high-rise building core tube.
