摘要
针对目前工程中变形缝两侧模板立拆的施工难点,介绍一种新型的模板支撑系统——双混凝土墙板可伸缩模板支撑系统的相关设计与施工技术,通过结构力学计算和ANSYS有限元分析2种方式验证该系统的安全性和可行性,最终根据相关的工程实例,阐述该系统的施工工艺流程、操作要点和相关质量控制要点,进而说明该模板支撑系统在工程应用方面所具有的优越性。
For the difficulties on the stand and demolition of the formwork beside the deformation joint in the current projects, this paper describes the relevant design and construction technology of a novel formwork support system, which is scalable formwork support system between double concrete walls. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the applicability and feasibility of this system in two ways of structural mechanics calculations and ANSYS finite element analysis. According to the relevant project examples, this paper explains the construction process, the operating points and the associated control points in terms of quality, which explains that this kind of formwork support system has some advantages in the project application.
