摘要
合肥南站钢结构工程,屋盖为双向正交正放桁架结构体系,采用分区拼装、分区液压同步提升的安装方案。提升架基于原有钢骨混凝土柱柱顶设置,屋盖桁架在提升过程中被局部抽空。详细介绍本工程提升施工的计算机模拟分析,并结合现场实测数据,对比研究了此类大跨度局部抽空结构在提升过程中的受力性能。该提升工序顺利完成并证明了本文施工分析的合理性。
The steel roof of Hefei South Railway Station applies a bidirectional orthogonal spatial truss structure system, which uses segmented assembling and segmented hydraulic synchronous lifting during installation. Lifting frame is set on the top of existing steel reinforced concrete columns, and roof truss is partially pumped out in the lifting process. The simulation was introduced in detail, and according to the actual data on site, it gave comparative study on mechanical behaviors of such large-span partial pumping out structures. The success of lifting process in this project proves the practicality of the installation analysis in this thesis.
