摘要
南京牛首山佛顶宫屋面是由铝合金网壳结构结合防水铝板、保温棉等形成承重结构与围护结构一体化的摩尼宝珠造型屋盖体系,其独特的环境、造型及结构给施工带来一定难度。施工过程中通过精确定位、标准化工厂加工、快速的装配式施工,结构塔式起重机、拼装平台的合理布置,有序的合理穿插等系列措施,有效解决了在矿坑内空间大跨度铝合金穹顶结构及装饰体系的安装难题,取得了良好的实施效果。
The Buddha Top Palace roof in Nanjing consists of aluminum alloy shell combined with waterproof aluminum plate and heat insulation cotton to form the integration of bearing structure and maintenance structure. Its complex environment, modeling and structure makes construction difficult. By accurate positioning, standard processing in factory, quick assembly construction, and the reasonable arrangement for tower crane and assembly platform, and arranging orderly, the installation difficulties for large-span ellipsoidal aluminum alloy dome structure and decoration were solved effectively, which got excellent effect.
