超早强砂浆耐高温试验研究

摘要 为了提高水泥基材料的耐高温性能,研究了普通硅酸盐水泥与高铝水泥复配、纤维复配以及细骨料为河砂、耐火砂的试块耐高温性能。结果表明:在普通硅酸盐水泥中掺入铝酸盐水泥,在800℃的高温热处理后,混凝土抗压强度仍能保持常温时的50%左右;碳纤维的加入,对使用普通砂且掺入普通硅酸盐水泥的立方体试块在400~800℃的抗压强度影响较为明显;为考虑工程实际的经济性与可行性,使用普通砂的超早强立方体试块有很好的耐火性能,即不选用耐火砂作为细骨料。 To improve the high temperature resistant performance of cement based material, this paper studied the high temperature resistant performance of ordinary Portland cement mixed with high alumina cement, aggregate for river sand or refractory sand. Results show that by the ordinary Portland cement mixed with alumina cement, the concrete remains 50% compressive strength after 800~C high temperature heat treatment. The addition of carbon fiber has obvious effect on compressive strength of mortar as its composition is ordinary sand and Portland cement within the range of 400℃ to 800 ℃. Ordinary sand can be used in refractory mortar due to its good fireproof performance, in other words not choosing refractory sand as aggregate.
