摘要
本研究首先通过测序寻找Cep55基因的变异位点,再对基因的遗传变异与不同生长阶段家兔的生长发育情况进行关联分析,结果发现Cep55基因3′UTR区的多态性位点与家兔的生长性状相关联,表明Cep55基因能够作为家兔生长发育性能的候选基因,为肉兔的生长和育种研究奠定基础。
This study first looked for mutation sites of Cep55 gene by sequencing~ then ana- lyzed tile relationship between rabbit＇s growth and development traits and genetic variation in differ- ent growth stages of rabbits~ the results found that the polymorphic sites associated with rabbit＇s growth traits of Cep55 gene 3＇UTR region. It indicated that the Cep55 gene could be used as a candidate gene in rabbit＇s growth performance, which laid a foundation for the study of rabbit＇s growth and breeding.
