摘要 我国对乡村医生考核的有关规定尚不完善,导致该制度在实践中的运行效果并不理想,如考核人员的组成不合理、考核过程易流于形式、政府监管力度不足等。为了解决这些问题,需要各省市尽快制定或者完善本省的实施细则,进一步优化考核机构,如在组成人员的类型、人数、比例等方面作出规定;进一步完善考核方式,如细化重新考核、暂缓考核等制度设计,进一步加强乡村医生的职业道德评定使其与业务考评相对等,在乡村卫生服务一体化管理的指导下,进一步加强政府对乡村医生考核工作的监管力度。 At present, the relevant provisions of the evaluation on rural doctor in our country are relatively insufficient, which led the system running effect is not ideal in practice to some extent, such as the composition of assessment personnel is not reasonable, the evaluation process is not formal, the supervision of government is lack. To solve this problem, provinces and cities need to be urged to develop or improve the implementing rules as soon as possible. We need to further optimize the evaluation institutions, such as setting limits of the type, number and proportion of staff members; Also need to further perfect evaluation methods, such as refine re-evaluation, suspend the evaluation system. And need to further strengthen rural doctors' professional morality evaluation, to make it as opposed to the professional evaluation, etc. Under the guidance of rural health service integration, strengthen the supervision of the government to the rural doctors' evaluation work.
