四川省5家公立医院病种费用结构及影响因素分析

Analysis on cost structure and influential factors in five public hospitals in Sichuan province

[目的]对四川省5家公立医院常见病种费用结构进行分析,研究其影响因素,为控制医疗费用提供参考依据。[方法]文献分析法、数据分析法、现场调查法。[结果]西药类费用在住院总费用中所占比重最高,高达48.55%;住院天数与例均住院费用呈正向相关性;有医保组的患者人均住院费用高于无医保组;对费用构成权重影响较大为西药类费用因子、诊断类费用因子以及综合医疗服务类因子。[结论]建议提高医护人员技术劳务价值、降低平均住院天数、遏制过度医疗等方式实现医疗费用的控制。

Objective Analysis on common disease cost structure in five public hospitals in Sichuan province, study its influencing factors so as to provide reference for controlling medical expenses. Methods Literature analysis, data analysis and field survey method. Results Western medicine costs was the highest in the total cost of hospitalization proportion（48.55%）. The average hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days were positive correlation. The costs of patients who have medical insurance were higher than those without health insurance group. The factors of influencing costs structure were western medicine, diagnostic and comprehensive medical service factor. Conclusions Enhance service value of medical staffs, reduce average hospitalization days, curb excessive medical treatment and other ways of medical expenses to carry out medical costs control.
