中医药干预糖尿病鼠肾脏p38MAPK通路的实验研究进展

Experimental study of TCM intervention in diabetic rat kidney p38MAPK pathway

目的:总结、探索中医药干预p38MAPK(Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase,MAPK)信号转导途径的作用机制,为今后p38MAPK抑制剂研究提供参考。方法:查阅中医药抑制糖尿病鼠肾脏p38MAPK通路的相关文献资料,并分析、归纳其药理作用机制。结果:随着中药现代化的发展,以p38MAPK信号通路为靶点,探索中药拮抗p38MAPK信号途径的作用机制的研究日益深入,为中药抑制DM(Diabetes mellitus,DM)鼠P38MAPK信号通路的表达提供了充足的科学依据。结论:在中医药领域可发挥中医药整体治疗的优势,开具针对性的辨证组方,以寻找抑制p38MAPK的明确途径,选择靶点更确切的中药作用于肾脏p38MAPK通路,为今后用中药作为p38MAPK拮抗剂来防治DN提供一定理论支持。

Objective To summarize and explore the mechanism of action of TCM intervention p38MAPK signal transduction pathways,p38MAPK inhibitor for the future open up new areas of research.Methods Refer to the inhibition of Chinese medicine diabetes rat kidney p38MAPK pathway of related literature,and analyze the effect of single Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound mechanism of pharmacological effects.Results With the study of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） modernization,by p38MAPK signaling pathway as the target,so as to explore its mechanism of action of p38MAPK signaling pathways,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） antagonism inhibit expression of DM rat p38MAPK signaling pathways for traditional Chinese medicine provides ample scientific basis.Conclusion In the field of TCM,looking for the clear way to inhibit p38MAPK,select targets more effects on kidney p38MAPK pathway of traditional Chinese medicines,with traditional Chinese medicine for the future as p38MAPK antagonists to provide theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of DN.
