心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白在诊断急性冠脉综合征中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)特指冠心病中急性发病的临床类型,包括不稳定型心绞痛、非ST段抬高心肌梗死以及ST段抬高心肌梗死。其发病的病理生理基础为不稳定的粥样硬化斑块,斑块破裂诱发急性血栓形成,从而引发后续的一系列级联反应,随之发生的心力衰竭、心脏破裂或恶性心律失常,则是临床上ACS患者发病迅速、病死率高的重要原因,因此迅速确诊以便早期治疗,尽早挽救濒临坏死的心肌可极大地改善ACS患者的预后,降低病死率。
