立体导航系统在手术治疗椎管内髓外硬膜下肿瘤中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨立体导航系统技术在手术治疗椎管内髓外硬膜下肿瘤中的应用。方法回顾性分析41例行手术治疗的椎管内髓外硬膜下肿瘤患者的临床资料,其中采用立体导航系统辅助手术治疗20例(导航组),非导航传统手术治疗21例(非导航组),比较两组患者的手术情况、近期和远期临床疗效。结果导航组手术时间和住院时间短于非导航组,术中出血量少于非导航组,近期临床疗效优于非导航组。两组远期临床疗效差异无统计学意义。结论与非导航传统手术治疗相比,立体导航系统辅助手术治疗椎管内髓外硬膜下肿瘤,手术时间和住院时间短,术中出血量少,近期临床疗效显著,远期疗效有待进一步观察,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the application of three- dimensional navigation system assisted surgery technology on treatment of spinal intradural extramedullary tumors. Methods Clinical data of 41 patients with spinal intradural extramedullary tumors,who underwent the three- dimensional navigation system assisted surgery( navigation group,n = 20) or non- navigation system assisted surgery( non- navigation group,n = 21),were retrospectively reviewed. The operation situation,short- term clinical efficacy and long- term clinical efficacy were compared. Results Compared with non- navigation group,shorter operative time and hospital stay,less blood loss,and superior short- term clinical efficacy were observed in navigation group. However,the long- term clinical efficacy showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Three- dimensional navigation system assisted surgery on treatment of spinal intradural extramedullary tumors provides shorter operative time and hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss,and more superior short- term clinical efficacy.
