摘要
介绍了我国大型石化设备现场吊装的基本情况和吊具的基本形式、特点及应用情况。以加氢反应器尾耳的选材、结构设计为例,详细介绍用解析方法计算及校核各种典型工况下尾耳应力及变形的方法。用数值分析的方法模拟裙座从吊装开始到放空状态,尾耳受力变化及相应的应力及变形情况。将数值分析结果与解析计算结果进行对比,证明用解析法计算尾耳应力及变形的可行性和正确性。
The paper introduces the basic situation about the lifting of large petrochemical equipment on site and the basic type, characteristics and application of the lifting tools in China. The material selection and structure design of the tailing lug of a hydrogenation reactor are taken for example to detail how to calculate and verify the stress and deformation on the tail lug under various typical service conditions with the analytical method. A numerical analysis is used to simulate the force variation and corresponding stress and deformation on the tailing lug during the process from the lifting to the empty state of the skirt. The comparison between the results of the analytical method and numerical analysis shows the analytical method is feasible and proper to calculate the stress and deformation on the tailing lug.
