摘要
选择四种氢剥离试验条件,对母材为2讕讈Cr-1Mo和2讕讈Cr-1Mo-讕讈V钢的奥氏体不锈钢单层堆焊氢剥离性能开展试验研究,为加氢反应器单层堆焊工艺的设计、安全运行和操作条件提供依据。
A study has been performed on the austenitic stainless steel single clad layer of 2 1/4 Cr-1Mo and 2 1/4 Cr-1Mo- 1/4 V steel reactor with respect to the hydrogen-resistant disbonding property under four hydrogen-induced disbonding test conditions and has provided the reference for the design, safety running and operational condition of the single-layer clad-welding for hydrogenation reactors.
