气提法海水脱氧工艺模拟

摘要 海水作为海上油气田注水的主要水源,在注入地层前必须脱氧,以避免腐蚀管道和设备。采用气提法进行海水脱氧具有占地面积小,脱氧效果好,操作弹性大,运行成本低等优点,更适合应用于海上平台环境。在介绍气提法海水脱氧工艺基本原理之外,利用Hysys软件对脱氧工况进行模拟分析,详细分析了海水流量、温度、压力以及气提气流量对脱氧效果的影响,得出合理的工艺操作范围。 Seawater as a main source of the water injection for offshore oil and gas fields has to be deoxidated before being injected into the stratum in order to avoid the corrosion of the pipelines and equipment. Seawater deoxidation with gas stripping technique features small occupation area, high deoxidation efficiency, flexible operation and low operation cost, which is suitable for offshore platform application. The paper introduces the basic working principle of seawater deoxidation with gas stripping technique and how to use the software Hysys to simulate the deoxidation conditions to analyse the effect of seawater mass flow, temperature, pressure and stripping gas mass flow in seawater deoxidation. A reasonable working range is obtained from the analysis.
