摘要 为实现对血凝仪凝血过程所用时间及其吸光率的快速检测,提出一种基于飞思卡尔MC9S12XS128单片机的凝血过程参数检测系统。对光学检测法的基本思想进行说明,介绍相应光学检测装置的结构和工作原理;在此基础上以卤素灯为光源,设计并调试相应的光电转换电路和信号调理电路,给出散射光数据处理算法和透射光数据处理算法;基于Matlab对采集到的数据进行处理,计算血液凝固时间和吸光率。实验结果表明,检测系统方案及算法可行可靠,具有一定的医学应用价值。 To detect blood clotting time and clotting absorbance efficiently,a kind of coagulation process parameters detection system used by coagulation analyzer was proposed based on Freescale MC9S12XS128 MCU.First of all,the basic idea of the op-tical detection method was explained and the corresponding structure and working principle of the optical detection device was in-troduced.After these,the corresponding photoelectric conversion circuit and signal conditioning circuitry were designed using halogen lamp as light source.Then,the scattered light data processing algorithms and transmit light data processing algorithms were given.At last,the blood clotting time and clotting absorbance were calculated based on the basic of the collected data pro-cessed with Matlab.Experimental results show that the hardware system and the algorithms are feasible and reliable.The whole instrument has a value of medicine.
