“全科型”教师教育中英语教师素质发展研究——以新疆教育学院“全科型”教师教育实践为例

On Development of English Teachers' Quality in Cultivation of “Comprehensive Type” Teachers

"全科型"教师教学是小学阶段教学的实际要求,新疆小学由于自身的区位特点对"全科型"教师教学有特别的需求。在"全科型"教学的要求下,英语教师的培养与发展有着自身的特点和标准,既要对英语专业的教师做到全面系统的培养,同时也要对非英语专业的英语教师做出系统规范的培养方案,以适应新疆小学阶段"全科型"英语教师教学的需求。文章就小学特别是新疆小学阶段英语教师现状、"全科型"教学条件下小学英语教师的能力和素质要求、师范类高校对"全科型"教师教育条件下的英语学科教学建设以及"全科型"教师培养策略等方面做了深入探讨。

The cultivation of ＂comprehensive type＂ teachers is the requirement of elementary education in China. The elementary schools in Xinjiang have a special need for the teaching of ＂comprehensive type＂ teachers in which the cultivation of English teachers is of unique characters. The paper holds a thorough discussion on the English teachers＇ status in elementary schools in Xinjiang, the requirement for the English teachers＇ ability improvement, the construction of Enghsh discipline in normal colleges and the strategy of ＂comprehensive type＂ teacher training.
