教育部于2014年探索推动地方本科高校转型发展,力图通过转变人才培养模式来大力培养应用技术人才。高校转型发展对公共体育课改革提出新的任务和要求,应建构培养应用型人才的公共体育课程体系,为应用技术人才培养服务。
