基于应用型人才培养的建筑工程概预算课程模拟教学法研究

Simulated Teaching Method of Construction Engineering Budget Based on Cultivation of Applied Talents

在大量高校面对转型,培养应用型人才的背景下,《建筑工程概预算》实践性强。改变传统的教学方法,开展模拟教学,将理论学习与解决工程实际问题相结合,更有利于培养学生的实践能力,培养社会需要的应用型人才。本文分析了《建筑工程概预算》在教学改革中的应用背景,理清开展模拟教学的内涵和特点,探讨开展模拟教学的步骤,完善该课程开展模拟教学的方案。

When many colleges are making the transition and cultivating applied talents, the Construction Engineering Budget course with its highly practical characteristic is going through the change from the traditional teaching method and teaching modes to the simulated teaching combining theory study with practical engineering problems solving,which is beneficial to the training of the student’s practical ability and comprehensive quality as well as to the cultivation of the higher technical and applied talents who can meet the needs of social development. This paper analyses the application background of the construction engineering budget in the teaching reform,clarifies the connotation and the characteristics of simulation teaching,discusses the steps of the simulation teaching and provides suggestions for the development of the course by perfecting the simulation teaching.
