摘要
采用静态吸附试验,研究了p H值、Ca2+离子强度和离子类型(Na+、Ca2+、Al3+、Cl-、SO42-和PO43-)对诺氟沙星(NOR)在水体沉积物上的吸附影响。实验结果表明,在25℃、p H=7的条下,诺氟沙星在水体沉积物上的吸附平衡时间为6 h,其吸附动力学能够很好的符合伪二级动力学方程。当p H值在6~8之间时,诺氟沙星的吸附量随着p H值增大而减少,诺氟沙星在水体沉积物上的吸附行为能用Freundlich模型和Langmuir模型较好地拟合。诺氟沙星在沉积物上的吸附量随着水体离子强度的增大而降低,不同离子由于竞争能力差异对诺氟沙星的吸附影响不同。
By using the static adsorption test, factors affecting the adsorption behaviors of norfloxacin on aquatic sediments from Mulan river such as pH, Ca^2+ ion strength, and ion types (Na^+, Ca^2+, Al^3+, Cl^-, SO4^2- and PO4^3-) were investigated. Results showed that it took 6 h to reach adsorption equilibrium at 25℃ when the pH value was 7 and pseudo-second-order kinetic equation could properly describe the adsorption of norfloxacin on aquatic sediments. When in the pH range of 6.0-8.0, the adsorption amount decreased as solution pH increased. The adsorption behavior of norfloxacin fitted well with Freundlich and Langmuir model. The adsorption amounts of norfloxacin gradually decreased with the increasing of ion strength. Different ions had different effect on the adsorption.
