摘要 高职法律专业是实践性很强的专业,实践教学对培养学生法律运用能力至关重要。我国高职法律专业实践教学价值取向存在偏离:实践教学被边缘化、选择的实践教学平台与实际就业岗位脱节、实践教学缺乏自身特色、协同育人机制缺失等。纠正偏离需要由重理论向重实践转变、由重司法型人才培养向重非司法型人才培养转变、由单一单向育人向多元协同育人转变、由趋同实践教学向特色实践教学转变。 Law program in higher vocational college demands extensive practice, and practicum is of great importance to the cultivation of students' professional competency. However, there are deviations in value orientation of practicum of law pro-gram in China's higher vocational colleges:the practicum is marginalized and in lack of uniqueness, the practicum teaching platform is disjointed with the real jobs in society, the coordination mechanism in students fostering is missing, etc. In order to correct the deviations, this paper holds that we should stress on practice instead of theory, focus on non judicial personnel cultivation instead of judicial personnel cultivation, turn from the single and one-way education toward multiple and coordi-nated education, and create own uniqueness in practicum design instead of using the featureless model.
