摘要
我国的医院感染控制专业从八十年代末期逐渐建立,发展至今已经走过了二十余年的历程,感染管理的专业设置已初具规模,人员结构、层次不断提高。2004年颁布的《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》已将医院感染管理的工作内容纳入了法制化管理。但是,经过了十余年的发展,我国的医院感染管理还存在着许多重要的问题。本文从医院感染管理定位、学科建设、落实法人责任以及感染控制产业发展等方面,提出了制约我国医院感染管理专业的发展的问题,解决好这些问题,才能促进医院感染管理专业抓住发展的机遇,登上新的台阶。
The specialty of nosocomial infection control of our country has been developed more than twenty years, but stil existing many important problems.the paper explains the problems of the position of department of nosocomial infection control, subject construction, to carry out legal person’s responsibility and industry of nosocomial infection control etc. to slove these problems can promote the development of our country’s nosocomial infection control and surmount a newer level.
