CSSD is to undertake al reusable medical instruments, equipment and goods disinfection, sterilization and sterile supplies in the hospital of the various departments. If sterilization failure wil cause the whole hospital infections, inadequate supply of goods wil affect the diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, to do sterile supply center is very important, and is the indispensable part of the hospital also. This paper focuses on the six elements and six steps for how to build a standard central sterile supply, pointed out that not only the central sterile supply’s pre-construction building is very important in standardization, but also need atention of the operations management in later stage.
