摘要 根据过去50多年的多项流行病学和生物医学的研究，简述烟草使用导致肿瘤的证据。介绍烟草烟雾中的致癌物质，以及烟草烟雾导致肿瘤的病理生理机制。讨论烟草流行对人群肿瘤发生和死亡模式的影响。所以控烟是肿瘤预防的重要措施。 The paper summarized briefly the evidences for tobacco use as a cause of cancer based on hundreds of epidemiologic and biomedical studies carried out over the past 50-60 years, as well as overviewed the carcinogens in tobacco products and mechanisms of neoplasm induction by tobacco products. So, tobacco control is the important measure for cancer prevention.
