摘要
采用纳米氧化锌和活性橙HF-3RW对纯棉织物进行一浴一步法加工,考察了纳米氧化锌质量浓度、焙烘温度和时间对染色织物K/S值和UPF值的影响。结果表明,在活性橙FH-3RW 10 g/L、纳米氧化锌15 g/L、纯碱20 g/L、焙烘温度170℃、焙烘时间2 min的条件下进行一浴一步法加工,染色纯棉织物的色泽与未加纳米氧化锌基本相同,抗紫外线性能UPF值可达390以上,经过10次皂洗,其UPF值仍能保持在200以上,可获得较理想的染色和抗紫外线效果。
Nano zinc oxide and Reactive Orange HF-3RW are applied to cotton fabric in one bath. The in- fluence of nano zinc oxide concentration, curing temperature and time on K/S value and UPF value of cotton dyeings are discussed. The results show Reactive Orange HF-3RW 10 g/L, nano zinc oxide the cotton dyeings have good dyeing and anti-UV to 200 even after 10 times launderings. that with the optimum one-bath-one-step process of 15 g/L, soda ash 20 g/L, and curing at 170 ℃ for 2 min, properties with little change on shade, UPFvalue is up to 200 even after ]0 times launderings,
