摘要
探讨了自制超细液状还原染料的粒径、Zeta电位、扩散性和离心沉淀率等性能,以及其在棉织物上的印花性能。结果表明,超细液状还原染料的粒径为140.200nm,分布较窄,染料扩散性能优良。常温离心沉淀率仅为3%~7%,高温离心沉淀率为3%~9%,储存稳定性较好。相对于粉状染料,超细液状还原染料在印花时的提升性更佳。此外,经超细还原液状染料印花后的棉梭织物具有优良的耐摩擦、耐水洗及耐汗渍色牢度,可满足高档服装面料的牢度需求。
The particle size, Zeta potential, diffusion property, centrifugal sedimentation rate and printing performances of self-made ultrafine liquid vat dyes are discussed. The results show that the particle siz- es of ultrafine liquid vat dyes are 140-200 nm with a narrow distribution and the diffusion properties are excellent. The centrifugal sedimentation rates at room and high temperatures are 3%N7% and 3%~9% re- spectively with good storage stability. Compared with powder vat dyes, the ultrafine liquid vat dyes fea- ture better color yield in cotton printing. In addition, the cotton woven prints with ultrafine liquid vat dyes have good rubbing, washing and perspiration fastness which can meet the requirements of high- quality apparel fabric.
