摘要
采用分光光度法测定纺织品和皮革中六价铬含量时,深色样品特别是萃取液为红色的样品对检测结果有显著影响,各标准问对于脱色剂的选择应用差异较大。分别选取PA(聚酰胺)、PSD(苯乙烯/二乙烯基苯共聚物)、C18和硅镁吸附剂作为脱色剂,分析其对深色样品六价铬分光光度计法测定时的影响。结果表明,使用100~200目的PA脱色剂,脱色效果佳,测定准确,重现性好。
During the determination of chromium(Vl) in textiles and leathers by spectrophotometer meth- od, samples in deep shade especially when the extraction solution is red have a significant influence on the testing results. The selection of decolorants also differs in different standards. To solve these problems, PA (polyamide), PSD(copolymer of phenylethylene and divinylbenzene), C18 and florisil absorbent are selected as decolorants. The decloration effects on the determination of chromium(VI) in deep samples by using spectrophotometer are analyzed. The results show that the method with PA decolorant (100N200 mesh) has satisfactory decoloration effect, good accuracy and reproducibility.
