加味奇正消痛膏治疗骨转移癌疼痛30例临床观察

Efficacy of modified Qizheng Xiaotong paste in treatment of bone metastasis pain: a clinical report of 30 cases

目的:观察加味奇正消痛膏外用治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将60例骨转移癌疼痛患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组用加味奇正消痛膏外贴治疗,对照组用氨酚羟考酮片剂口服治疗,比较两组在用药1d、7d、14d后的镇痛效果、毒副反应、血清碱性磷酸酶的差异。结果:镇痛效果在治疗1d、7d后,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗14d后则差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清碱性磷酸酶治疗14d后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味奇正消痛膏对骨转移癌疼痛有一定疗效,且无明显毒副反应,并对骨转移癌患者血清碱性磷酸酶具有一定的下调作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the external application of modified Qizheng Xiaotong paste in the treatment of bone metastasis pain. Methods ： A total of 60 patients with bone metastasis pain were randomly and equauy cuvlucu J,L,, ~,-v-r, - treatment group was given modified Qizheng Xiaotong paste externally ,while the control group was orally adminis- tered oxycodone ＆ acetaminophen tablets. The analgesic effect, adverse reactions, and serum alkaline phosphatase （SAP） were compared between the two groups after 1,7 ,and 14days of treatment. Results： The two groups showed no significant difference in analgesic effect after 1 and7 clays of treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ） , but showed a significant differ- enee after 14days of treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ） ;the two groups showed a significant difference in SAP after 14days of treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Modified Qizheng Xiaotong paste has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of bone metastasis pain without obvious adverse reactions, and can lower SAP level as well.
