构建侦查机关与现代媒体间的良性互动关系是现代社会民主化和司法公开的必然要求,这种互动可以充分发挥媒体的桥梁作用和媒体对侦查的正向作用。侦查机关面对媒体时多为被动应付,如回避、干扰与打击等,媒体对侦查工作会造成泄露侦查秘密等不良影响。构建侦查机关与现代媒体良性互动关系的途径有:通过立法确立媒体对刑事案件侦查工作报道的度、建立和完善新闻发言人制度和发布会制度、构建与媒体沟通的专门力量、对媒体的保密性处理进行技术指导、完善门户网站的建设等。

To construct the positive interaction between modern media and the investigation organs is required by modern social democracy and judicial publicity. Positive interaction can give full play to the role of the media as a bridge and the media＇s positive effect on the investigation. In face of the media, the investigation organs are likely to be passive, taking avoiding, interfering and blowing measures because the media often cause adverse effects on investigation, such as leaking the secrets. The positive interaction between modern media and the investigation organs could be achieved by enacting the degrees for media＇s reports on the investigation of criminal cases, establish and improve the news spokesperson system as well as the press conference system, organize special staff to communicate with the media, guide the media to technically deal with confidentiality, enhance the construction of web portals, etc.
