摘要
当前,我国公安院校法律教学效果不尽如人意,究其根源在于法律教员过分囿于传统教学模式。乐学理论的科学性得到心理学及脑科学的论证,将之引介入公安院校法律教学可以有效破解当前困局。乐学导向下的公安院校法律教学模式的实现包括明确以愉悦为基调的情感教学目标、创设以愉悦为主调的教学过程及选择以愉悦为配调的教学手段。
Currently, it is found that the root cause for dissatisfactory teaching results of law education in China's police colleges lies in the law teachers' sticking to traditional teaching modes. The scientific nature of pleasure oriented law education mode has been demonstrated by psychology and brain science, so its introduction can be effective to deal with the dilemma. The realization of the pleasure oriented law education mode in police colleges calls for setting affectivc teaching objectives based on pleasure, creating joyful teaching procedures and selecting enjoyable teaching means.
